There are several reasons why products might not qualify for listing on People Matters Octopus. These include:
• Demo video not adhering to our guidelines. Please make sure your video meets our specifications for length, content, and quality.
• Being in early development stages (alpha, beta). We currently only list mature and commercially available products.
• Already having an existing profile on People Matters Octopus. We only allow one profile per product or service.
If you believe your product was wrongly rejected, feel free to reach out to us using our Contact Us form.
If your company page already exists, simply click the "claim page verification" icon next to the company name and follow the on-screen instructions. This will grant you administrative access to edit the page details directly. If your company page doesn't exist yet, head to the "Get Listed" section on the top navigation bar of our website and submit a new request. While this works, claiming an existing page is the preferred method if it's already available.
It's possible to use a single page, but it depends on two factors:
1. Unified Value Proposition: If your products share a core value proposition when used together, a single page is acceptable. Ensure your demo video showcases all functionalities and the combined platform benefits. Descriptions and highlighted sections should also clearly convey the unified offering.
2. Different Value Propositions: If your products offer significantly different value propositions, separate pages are recommended. This allows for better user behavior analysis and targeted communication based on specific product interests.

• Single Page: If using one page, consider internal linking between product sections for easy navigation.
• Separate Pages: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all product pages.
To verify your company page, someone from your organization needs to claim ownership. If your company page already exists, follow these steps: • Click the "claim page verification" icon next to the company name. • Follow the on-screen instructions to gain administrative access and edit the page details directly. If your company page doesn't exist yet, follow these steps: • Head to the "Get Listed" section on the top navigation bar of our website. Submit a new request to create your company page.
We offer two plans:
Free Page: This plan allows you to claim your company page and make basic edits to the information displayed.
Pro Page: With the Pro Plan, you get full ownership of your page, including:
• Page editing access
• Video hosting and editing support from our PM team
• Showcasing client portfolios
• Featuring content collaterals
• Ability to generate leads through inquiry forms, brochure downloads, and demo views
• Performance tracking with page views, unique visitors, and time spent
• Boosted visibility through website recommendations, push emails, and newsletter features
Currently, merging product pages on People Matters is not possible unless specific conditions are met. This is because we list products based on how they're marketed and sold by vendors. Any product available for individual purchase maintains its own separate profile.
However, People Matters will merge product profiles under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate Profiles: If two identical profiles exist for the same product, they can be merged.
• Product Mergers: If a previously individual product becomes part of another offering, their profiles can be merged.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: If your company undergoes a merger or acquisition, product profile mergers may be possible.
It will take anywhere from 2-8 working days for the access to be granted based on the plan purchased and the verification process.
For a free page plan - You can get access in 2 - 3 working days
For a Pro page plan - You can get access in 7-8 working days.
We only remove products no longer available to buyers, like discontinued ones, merged products, or those with major changes. Contact support for details. In order to update details of your product page we request you to take ownership of the page.

Multiple category listings are available for products that satisfy the feature requirements of each category on People Matters Octopus.
Add your product to a category or more by contacting the People Matters Octopus team. Our team will do the verification process and after evaluation the update should appear in 2 -3 working days.
If you want to change the category of your product or get business objective / problem statement tags like - Employee engagement, Hiring, Hiring speed, Diversity and Inclusion etc added, please contact the People Matters Octopus team. Changes will be reflected within 2-3 business days after evaluation.
