o get started, the HR teams first worked on the job repositories, creating almost 150 different job profiles. What the teams wanted was a quick and simple solution to help them work on the repositories and involve employees in the internal mobility process. THE PROJECT: An innovative solution rapidly deployed at scale By the end of 2019, the pilot was launched in France, and although it was slowed down by the health crisis, the project was very promising, with 2,000 enthusiastic supervisors. Eiffage Construction therefore decided to roll out the solution to all its employees from the end of 2020
