It conducts an array of academic activities involving research, teaching, training, consulting, and intellectual infrastructure development to help improve the management systems globally. It emphasizes the development of analytical skills while gracefully balancing global and cross-cultural issues to mold business leaders into assets for society and maintain the equilibrium between business and social concerns.
