Vyaktitva offers advisory services in organizational capability building with special focus on integrating business strategy to individual performance. It is not left to chance to arrive at the desired outcome, rather success is a certainty. Because we have all the sides of the dice covered - whichever facet the intervention needs – creative conceptualization (Envisionment), building ownership (Energizing), developing skills (Enabling), hardcore implementation (Execution), or institutionalizing (Evaluation, Enhancement, Establishing) – someone in the team brings that in as their strong suit. “Vyakti” or person merges with “tatva” or the natural elements to form “Vyaktitva” which means one’s own true character or individuality. Like the five fingers close into the powerful fist, the five natural elements together give form to the sixth, the human element. Our organic entity, our vyaktitva is an orchestral convergence of wisps of the sky, puffs of air, clods of earth, drops of water and flames of fire.
